An antique victorian period ladies sapphire and diamond twin stone ring in 14 karat rose gold. Centered by a 0.85 carat vivid cornflower blue No Heat sapphire of Ceylon origin this ring also features a 0.27ct old mine cut cushion shaped diamond. Accenting this ring are eight rose cut diamonds.
In excellent condition this piece bears European hallmarks and is a size 5 1/4 US. Ring measures 9mm across the top from north to south.
