Centered by an approximately 13.50 carat baby blue aquamarine measuring 19.4mm in length by 10.6mm wide.
Beautifully enshrined by 24 old mine cut diamonds of 1.68 CTW with H color and VS clarity.
The mounting beautifully finished with hand engraved detailing and rich blue enamel throughout.
Tested as 14 Karat yellow gold.
