An Edwardian period No Heat Burmese Ruby, and diamond ring in platinum.
Centered by a bezel set old cushion cut ruby of Burma origin with no heat treatment. The ruby of rich purplish red color with fine clarity and weighing 1.05 carats.
Framed by a pair of bezel set old European cut diamonds of 0.70 carats. Further accented with 0.24 carats of pave set old European cut diamonds.
The diamonds of VS clarity with G/H color. The hand engraved mounting displays curved scroll motif pierced filigree work throughout in a traditional Edwardian manner.
Tested as Platinum.
Measurements: 11mm across from North to South with a rise of 5mm.
Size 7 US, complimentary resizing available on request.
